Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a large dairy operation located in Colorado searching for a mechanic who understands equipment and equipment safety. Responsibilities: maintenance on tractors, skid steers, loaders, feeding equipment, etc, along with some welding. Duties could include: changing oil, greasing, tire change and repair, general maintenance on equipment and buildings, fabricating, welding fence and equipment, changing out electric motors, diagnosing and repairing electrical problems, repairing milking equipment, and overhauling motors. Mechanical skills mandatory. Self-motivated. Mechanically inclined. Plus if person has diesel mechanic / overhaul experience. Strong communication skills. Needs to possess good organizational skills.
