Production Personnel- Hazleton, PACocoa PlantThis is an hourly level position.

The production personnel will have several responsibilities, including the ability to accurately monitor various processing parameters by utilizing a computer control system and by taking product samples from various processing machinery throughout the facility.
Demonstrate the ability to perform single and multiple process operations, utilize a computer control system, accurately receive, store, blend, package and ship products timely, protect products from contamination, meet company standards for safety, security, quality, and productivity, interface with warehouse mgt systems, preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties Additional responsibilities include:
Protecting the products from contamination and damage, while meeting the Company standards for safety, security, quality and productivity. Basic computer skills are required. Prior experience working in food processing environment is desirable. Forklift experience desired.
Must have strong desire to produce high quality goods, exhibit great attention to detail, and develop expert knowledge of processes Demonstrate ability to successfully trouble shoot, manage upset conditions, and drive efficient operations. Excellent communication skills required to learn, communicate with others, and share information.

Candidates will be required to perform GMP and maintenance duties, which may also include cleaning machinery and processing areas, preventative maintenance, equipment and product changeovers and other duties as assigned.Candidates must be available to work rotating shift and overtime.
Candidate must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders, lift and move up to 55 pounds, sit and stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces and high areas, bend and kneel, and work in extreme temperatures and dusty environments.
