Regional Sales Manager - T&O

Our Client, an innovative leader in fertilizer technology and nutrient management solutions, is seeking an experienced salesperson to focus on primarily on the T/O markets in the Western US (West of the Rockies).

This role will be responsible for leading efforts in developing relationships with distributors through the Western US including major markets in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, and Utah. Primary responsibilities will be setting up, training and managing distribution of their growing lineup of fertility products.

Key Requirements for the Regional Sales Manager- T&O

    Minimal of a 4 year degree, preferably in an Agriculture, Horticulture or Agronomy specialty
    Have a minimum of 5 years of successful sales history in the area
    Live in territory
    Have a strong network of contacts in Ag Retail Distribution as well as the Turf industry in territory
    Strong drive to manage a territory and get out and sell
    Experience selling a value added product
    Experience launching a new product into a market
    Background in consumer lawn, turf, ornamental or specialty ag businesses
    PCA license or CCA License
