To be considered for this job you must possess

    5+ years of leadership experience in live poultry production
    BS in applicable field, MBA preferred
    Strong knowledge of bird production (turkey, duck or broiler)
    Strong business acumen and computer skills
    Ability to excel in the field and in the boardroom
    Experience dealing with multiple profit centers
    Professionalism, a drive to succeed, good mentoring skills

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
