Drip Irrigation Designer / Project Lead
Our
client is a leader in the Drip Irrigation Equipment and continues to
grow their business and product line every year. We are looking for
someone who can take on responsibilities of Irrigation Designer and
project lead, with a Career Track to Sales and Management.
Key Responsibilities for the Drip Irrigation Design / Project Lead:
Working with GPS data and AutoCAD to generate contour maps for drip irrigation system design.
Using AutoCAD and IrriCAD to design and perform hydraulic analysis on drip irrigation systems.
Using associated CAD programs to document and label the designs for the end-user.
Responsibilities will also include the management of design projects by
overseeing the mapping, design work, estimates and associated sales for
projects for a given region within our sales territory.
Additional responsibilities may include some inside sales, purchasing and sales order fulfillment.
The
candidate that is hired will be placed on track to become a Certified
Irrigation Designer through the Irrigation Association, and will be
trained to eventually perform Sales and management responsibilities.
Key Requirements for the Drip Irrigation Design / Project Lead:
Good organizational skills
Understanding of computer networks and systems and also the ability to program in Excel spreadsheets.
Agricultural related experience would also be helpful.
Degree in Irrigation Design or related discipline
Must be willing to live in Pacific Northwest (Washington and eventually Treasure Valley)
