Nachurs Alpine Solutions is seeking a Sales Agronomist to cover Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana to support sales activities in a specified geographical area in order to maximize the results of our sales effort. Maintain, develop and grow the overall sales volume in that territory in a manner which meets company objectives.

Job Duties

· Assist sales personnel with direct farm visits to growers in order to promote, generate interest for and develop customer loyalty for the Nachurs portfolio of products Develop and oversee research and field trial program.

· Assist in diagnostic and troubleshooting services as it relates to Nachurs products.
· Assist in agronomic training of other Nachurs personnel.
· Participate in grower meetings and trade shows as required.
· Participate in activities as required to help build loyalty to the Nachurs brand.
· Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, producer organizations and other research and extension agencies.
· Other duties as may be required from time to time.

Regular overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s in Agronomy/ Agriculture or related field and 5+ years of experience
· Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Outlook
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
