We need someone who is knowledgeable of row crop agriculture, has a good base of agronomy understanding, has had several years of successful sales and now desires to work towards climbing the ladder in regards to sales management and marketing.

This role will work very closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing for this regional company and help him even out his work load while learning more about their business.

This role will be responsible for duties such as:

    Helping to implement sales plans
    Coaching the sales staff
    Recruiting new hires
    Developing marketing programs
    Meeting planning

This person will need to possess:

    A strong personality with a drive to succeed
    Excellent communication skills with no issues presenting to customers, peers and staff
    Must be very organized and detailed
    Agronomy knowledge and a willingness to learn what you don't know
    Openness to be trained
    Location for this role will be either in Eastern IN or Western OH.
