District Sales Manager
A leading fertilizer manufacturer is adding a sales representative to their team that will be focused on the Triangle region of MT. This is a wholesale manufactures representative role in which you will be calling on  agronomy retail organizations and knew growers throughout the region.  Therefore, knowledge of the agronomy marketplace will be a key component to your success.   This position is an expansion of an already successful territory, and is being added due to their continuous and significant growth through that area.  Even though you will be taking over existing relationships, there is plenty of room to grow with both new and existing customers. Bonus potential is significant!!!

In this role you will:

    Have the opportunity be a leader in your market by strengthening business relationships and growing the sales in your region
    Coach and assist retail sales people with methods and strategies that will enhance their sales
    Work with retailers and consulting organizations to ensure products are being used and promoted properly
    Create new marketing strategies that will continue the organization success in the changing North Dakota inputs market
    Earn unlimited/un-capped commission and bonus (beyond a very competitive salary) for growth and sales success
    Partner with a regional agronomist to reduce the technical support you need to provide, so you can stay focuses on helping your customers grow their business
