OPERATOR (Seasonal Worker)-Nappanee, IN
ADM Alliance Nutrition, Inc. - a fully-owned subsidiary of Archer Daniels Midland Company and national manufacturer of livestock feed with over 40 locations in North America has an immediate opening for a Operator (Seasonal Worker)at our Nappanee, IN production facility. This position will be responsible for:

Batching mixing feed

Maintaining drug and micro ingredient inventories
 Weighing micro ingredients by hand
 Sequencing feeds to meet quality guidelines

Requirements for this position include a High School diploma or GED, experience in a manufacturing environment and prior experience driving a forklift, basic computer skills, excellent verbal and written communications, strong safety and math aptitude, and exceptional attendance/work ethic.  This position requires someone to work overtime if needed, lift up to 50 lbs. on a routine basis, and be exposed to a dusty work environment.
